Thank you for your recent purchase from CIRFIT® Apparel!
 If you have a product you would like to return or exchange, we'd love to help!
 Please read the following guidelines then follow the instructions below to request a return.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Products purchased from CIRFIT® Apparel may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. All items must have their original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If you believe you received a product that is defective, we would like to extend our apology and make sure we take care of you immediately. Please submit a return request below and attach a photo of the defective product. Once we receive and approve your return request, you will receive a prepaid shipping label so you can return the defective product. Once shipped, we will expedite a new item to you!

MIS-PACKED ORDER: In the rare case that you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, we are sorry for the mix-up and want to make sure we get you the right item right away! Please submit a return request below and include the details (Style name, Color, Size) for the product you incorrectly received. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label so you can return the incorrect item. Once the package shows signs of shipment, we will expedite the correct item to you.

SALE ITEMS: ***We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items or products. ***  

All return/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase (this includes defects and mispacked products). Your order will not be found on the return form if it is not within our return policy.

The return manager will not accept requests for returns or exchanges on products that have been previously exchanged.

We ask that you please allow 24-48 hours for your request to be approved or denied.
